RETURNS & EXCHANGES GENERALLY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for either store credit or request an exchange. Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns are only authorized for unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached and receipt included. Sorry, but we do not authorize returns if your request is made after 14 days.  Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the authorization you receive from us. Shipping charges we incur are non-refundable. Swim, lounge or intimate styles are never returnable for hygenic reasons, which we are sure you understand and expect. We know you know that sale items cannot be returned.

Returns are only accepted with prior authorization and if postmarked within 10 days of our authorization. Returns are for store credit only.

EXCHANGING?

Please email us at customercare@bellenbrand.com no later than 14 days upon your receipt of your order - tell us what you purchased and what you would like in exchange. If it is available, we will email you shipping instructions. Any difference of price will be adjusted to your original payment method. We will ship your exchange order and email you tracking details upon receiving your authorized return.
